Shipping policy
TRENDU Shipping Policy
Effective Date: 3 June 2026
At TRENDU, we want your fashion to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when you place an order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within South Africa. We are working on expanding our delivery reach — stay tuned for updates on international shipping.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders above a qualifying threshold (displayed at checkout)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, public holidays, or high-demand periods.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order through our courier partner's website.
5. Delays & Disruptions
TRENDU is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
- Courier service disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
- Natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control
If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
6. Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. For lost parcels, please allow the full estimated delivery window to pass before contacting us, as parcels are sometimes delayed in transit.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of checkout. TRENDU cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Address changes after an order has been dispatched may not be possible.
