TRENDU Return & Refund Policy

At TRENDU, we are committed to delivering trend-forward fashion for everyone — regardless of gender or age. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging with all tags still attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Underwear, swimwear, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
